Previously an elementary school gym, the Community Multi-Purpose Centre was born out of necessity and the determination of local volunteers and donors in 1999. Elementary school students used to walk the one-block to use the high school gym, straining the physical activity schedule for both schools as they shared the space for approximately 3 decades. When the aging elementary school was demolished in 2020, this building was still in great condition and the Town of Rosthern took over ownership for the community use. Perfect for small sports activities, birthday parties, and gatherings up to 150 people!
