Positive Ticket Program starting July 1st!

Positive Ticketing is Coming to Rosthern this Summer!

Starting July 1, we are launching a Positive Ticketing Program—a fun and encouraging way to recognize youth who are making great choices in our community.

Our Community Safety Officer, along with the RCMP, will be on the lookout for young people doing the right things, such as:

Wearing bike helmets while biking

Crossing safely at crosswalks

Helping others

When spotted, youth may receive a positive ticket along with a reward provided by local businesses—like a free ice cream or a slushie!

We are grateful to our community partners, @Saskatoon Co-op and @Lil Bean Ice Cream , for helping us celebrate positive actions and support our youth.

This program runs throughout the summer and is all about building a safe, supportive, and encouraging community for everyone.
