How to Geocache in Rosthern this June!

Ready to explore? Our Parks & Recreation Month geocaching challenge is a fun way to get outside and discover our community!

Here’s how to join in:

Step 1: Get your paper

Pick up a Geocache Letter Scramble sheet at the Town Office or Valley Aquatic Centre or print one off here or from our website. https://rosthern.com/programs

Step 2: Head out & explore

Use the coordinates on your sheet to visit each geocache location around town.

Step 3: Find the container

Keep an eye out—you’re looking for a small hidden container!

Step 4: Record your letter

Open the container, sign the log sheet, and write down the letter on your paper.

Step 5: Put it back

Return everything exactly how you found it so others can enjoy the hunt too!

Step 6: Collect them all

Visit every location to gather all the letters.

Step 7:

Unscramble your letters to solve the final word or phrase!

-Submit your answer by June 29:

Drop off your answer slip at the Town Office or VAC,

or take a photo and email it to [email protected]

You’ll be entered to WIN, with the draw happening June 30!
